Left bank

Painter Carouge

In Carouge, the Sardinian-era buildings of the Vieux-Carouge sit next to the post-war blocks of Les Acacias and the recent developments around Les Tuileries. Renovhome SA paints across all of them, from managed rental flats to fully renovated apartments.

Painter Champel

Champel mixes early-20th-century bourgeois apartment buildings with garden villas and quiet condominiums. Renovhome SA works here for property managers and private owners. The finish is looked at closely.

Painter Onex

Onex sits on the left bank, with its housing estates and its pedestrian centre. We work here often. Most of the time it's restoring rental flats for property managers, between two tenants.

Painter Perly-Certoux

Perly-Certoux is a semi-rural municipality on the left bank, at the gateway to Saint-Julien. Two villages, Perly and Certoux, with converted farmhouses and detached houses set in the Geneva countryside. Renovhome SA works across the whole municipal area.

Painter Plainpalais

The plain, the universities, a mix of students and old money. In Plainpalais you go from a shared flat in need of a refresh to a townhouse apartment, then to a managed building that has to be put back in order. We work across the whole district.

Painter Plan-les-Ouates

Plan-les-Ouates sits on the left bank. It holds the watchmaking industrial zone, but also villa neighbourhoods and recent condominiums. Renovhome SA paints right across the commune.

Painter Thônex

Thônex sits on the left bank, between Chêne-Bourg and the French border. Villas, recent condominiums, a shopping district near the rue de Genève. We work here regularly.

Vandœuvres is still a village among the vineyards and country estates of the Genevan countryside. We paint the insides of its villas and private properties, and we stay out of the way.

Right bank

Painter Le Grand-Saconnex

Le Grand-Saconnex sits on the right bank, between the airport and the Nations district. We paint villas around the Pommier sector and apartment buildings in the old village. There are also the condominiums of the 1970s to the 1990s, plus housing for staff of the international organisations. We work here often.

Painter Le Lignon

Le Lignon is our street. Renovhome SA has its head office at 32 Route du Bois-des-Frères, inside the estate itself. It is where we work most, and where we arrive fastest.

Painter Meyrin

The satellite town, the modernist estates, the ZIMEYSA business park, an international community always on the move. Renovhome SA covers the whole municipality.

Painter Petit-Saconnex

From the historic village to the grand turn-of-the-century buildings near the Nations, through to the villas of Budé. Renovhome SA paints this right-bank neighbourhood all year round.

Painter Servette

La Servette runs from the 1930s to the 1970s. Quiet little condominiums. A mix of bourgeois and working-class housing. Renovhome SA works across the whole district.

Painter Vernier

Vernier sits on the right bank, with its modern apartment blocks and Le Lignon close by. It is the ground we know best. Renovhome SA has worked here from the start.
