Renovhome SA is based on Route du Bois-des-Frères, in Le Lignon, and works across the entire canton. The company was built around a simple idea: in Geneva, it is easy to find a painter, but rare to find a project you are proud to sign off on handover. Property managers, homeowners, tenants, architects — the same standard for everyone: detailed quote, schedule set with you, careful finish.
Neither the cheapest nor the fastest: to hand over an apartment we would be proud of if it were our own. When something is wrong, we say so — and we put it right.

The Le Lignon beginnings
Renovhome SA sets up on Route du Bois-des-Frères, a stone’s throw from the large Le Lignon blocks. First projects: apartments in the estate, then neighbouring districts.

Property managers & between-tenancy repaints
The standard “detailed quote, schedule set with you” wins over several Geneva property managers. Between-tenancy work becomes the backbone of the business.

Water-damage repair & enamel finishes
The drying / insulation coat / lacquered enamel protocol is honed over insurance cases. Wet rooms become a signature skill.
