The job starts with what we do not paint.
Floors covered with sheets and cardboard, radiators wrapped, blue tape along the skirting. We hand the apartment back as we found it, only cleaner.

Everything is decided at the edge.
Filling, sanding, a stain-blocking coat when the surface calls for it. The cut-in between ceiling and wall is drawn by brush, without a smear.
