Ceiling painting

Repair of a bathroom ceiling that was peeling from condensation, in a 1960s-70s Geneva apartment: scraping, substrate consolidation and a paint suited to humid rooms.
Wallpaper & mouldings
Geneva
Hanging a floral non-woven wallpaper on the upper wall, fitting an MDF dado rail (moulding) and painting a two-tone dado in a child's bedroom in Geneva.
Between-tenancy repaint
Geneva right bank
Complete repaint between two tenancies. Wall preparation (filling, sanding), two-coat off-white paint, ceiling painting, enamel touch-up of the skirting boards.
Water-damage repair
Le Lignon
Intervention after a pipe leak. Drying coordinated with a specialist contractor, sanitising treatment, systematic sealing coat, satin lacquered enamel on walls and ceiling.
Complete refresh
Champel
Complete refresh of a period apartment for an owner-occupier. Careful preparation of the old substrates, two-coat paint on walls and ceilings, cornice finishes applied with a brush.
Designer wallpaper installation
Carouge
Installation of a botanical-pattern non-woven wallpaper on an accent wall. Substrate preparation (skimming, primer), installation with pattern matching, clean-cut finishes at the corners and ceiling.
Ceiling painting only
Eaux-Vives
Complete repainting of an apartment’s ceilings after old infiltration marks. Blocking sealing coat over the stains, two-coat uniform matte ceiling paint.
Lacquered enamel interior doors
Petit-Saconnex
Complete reworking in satin lacquered enamel of 5 interior doors and frames. Degreasing, sanding, bonding undercoat, two coats of enamel applied with a lacquer roller and a spalter brush.
Kitchen painting & enamel fronts
Servette
Renovation of a kitchen: degreasing and sanding of the cabinet fronts, bonding undercoat, two coats of satin lacquered enamel on the doors, walls in washable matte paint.
Building stairwell
Vernier
Refresh of the common areas of a rental building, in coordination with the property manager: walls in matte off-white, skirting boards and handrail in anthracite satin enamel, access maintained throughout the entire project.
Colour scheme · accent wall
Plainpalais
Colour scheme for a living room: one accent wall in deep matte sage green, the other walls in off-white, clean cut at the wall-ceiling junction and at the parquet, colour advice based on the room’s exposure.
Study & bookcase
Lancy
Paint scheme for a study corner: back wall in matte slate blue-grey, built-in bookcase reworked in satin off-white enamel, careful finishes around the shelves and the window.
